Daffoldil - I am wave 1 sales and we have also been told that the referral scheme has stopped for the present time - not sure whether they were having to pay out too much money or what lol. also with regards to overtime - for the sales guys at least - this has stopped since wave 3 came into nesting - I had at least 12 hrs extra overtime every week, (and they were always crying out for people to do it )since starting but no one is getting any at the moment. I imagine this may change again as the summer months are the company we sell for quietest months apparently. So here's hoping it will pick up soon.Auddel0

Hi All, been re reading this thread with interest.
I originally applied to Teletech in January but due to time clashes with my other job I coudn't proceed. I was interviewed by Amy back then, and have to say she was incredibly helpful.
I re-applied for the Customer Service position last week, had the group session on Friday and have my interview with Carolyn at 3.30 today.
My circumstances have changed and I'm really hoping I'll be successful this time around.
Can anyone advise? I did the technical tests to ensure my PC was up to spec etc and received the Workbooth disc - all back in January. I'm using the same PC so will all the results from January apply to this application? I haven't been advised about doing any of these again so far and I seem to remember the tests were all before my interview.
Anyway. Please wish me luck0 -

Daviedude-Hope everything went well. You may already know the answer to this but you won't have to worry about the technical test but you will have to the assessment test againJanuary Grocery 11/3740

Thanks mumofjusttwoYeh I redid the online assessment when I re applied.
The interview, as far as I could tell, went well. Carolyn was really friendly. Now I'll just wait. Should hear either way in three days.
Oh yeah, if I'm successful with the CS application my training will start on September 8th through to 26th.
Fingers crossed0
