Often but not always as I have just said immediately above your post. Yes there are often requests for overtime and yes some agents have successfully increased their basic hours but it is not guaranteed that it will happen for everyone.

hi guys! i completed the online assessment tests yesterday,phew! how long before i hear if i passed? do they phone or email? ( i dont have alot of patience,help!!!)

Just let them know and they will be ok about it, I didn't get all my paperwork back in till mid training due to working full time during the day and it was allowed as I had already told them of the delay.

keepthefaith go to live help on the hirepoint website and ask them if you passed the assessments. They will tell you

Hire pack finally came today. Not got a long birth cert will take a week. Not my name on the contract!!
Cant wait til all this is over and i can get on with the actual training!!

i have contacted live help, but they told me to wait for an email or phonecall. received my workbooth cd and have followed the instructions - all went well but i did not get the final code screen???help!

Oh not sure why live help wouldn't tell you the result keepthefaith. I went on and they told me I passed. Suppose it's just a waiting game for you now then.. I'm sure you've done fine though.

Can I ask the people who have been through training how many people seemed to drop out before getting to the end? Only I imagine a lot of people apply for the job with unrealistic expectations.
