    Hey guys!

Have my meeting at half four today to (hopefully start training 4th August)...thing is, I have done the little Cisco meeting room test, and it always fails on the connect to server (the little green bar part).

The troubleshooting link seems to not work, and I have downloaded and installed the add-in several times...anyone else have this issue?

Looks like I'll be audio only for the meeting!
IE or Firefox? If IE try firefox and if Firefox try IE.

New Hire pack came today :)

Just wondering if some one can help me on the technical side of things. I've decided I will use my laptop instead of my computer for this since the computer is so far away from the telephone socket.

My laptop has just passed the technical assessment even though I'm wireless at the min:confused: But I need to work out how to get it wired..

I'm with Sky broadband and have a Netgear Router. My laptop has two sockets RJ-45 network jack and RJ-11 modem jack.

What cable do I need to purchase??

    Thanks in advance!
Standard ethernet patch cable, you can get it in lengths up to 100m without issues. Plug it into one of the LAN ports on the router and then into your RJ45 lan port on the PC.

    IE, I don't have firefox :)

Had the informationcal call toay, all seems OK, I'm just panicking now because I have no idea where my birth certificate is and I don't have any valid photo ID (my passport expired last month, darn it). I guess the quickest thing is to get a photo drivers license (mine is an old paper jobbie) but that can take weeks. I can see me going through all this just to get pulled because I don't get all the documents done on time :(

    Panic mode on!

Well done Charisma..Good luck with the next stage.

    Thanks for your help Paul.

I have just tried to run the Workbooth CD even though I'm still wireless at the min..I just wanted to see what it was like:p

It said Network Card not supported..is this because I'm wireless or is this something else. Am I going to need a Belkin USB to ethernet or will it work once I have an ehternet cable?

Thanks to any one who can help.

    Hello Missy!

Just wondering if your contract says Customer Service Representative? I was expecting it to say Inbound Sales Representative..

Just checking my contract is for the correct position!:p

it would be becaise you are wireless. the workbooth OS doesnt have drivers included for wireless cards. plug in an RJ45 cable and try again.

all job roles are considered CSR.

it means you can switch between roles if necessary, for instance a new campaign, you would still be a CSR

Just to clear something up for you guys, TeleTech do not send out a headset and phone, They send our a wired headset with dialpad which connects directly into the telephone socket.

acually it IS a phone, not just a dial pad. can you make a normal phone call on it? yes. can you add a handset instead of a headset? yes.

any fone will technically work, but you must use the one provided.

and i dont know why ppl keep saying it takes 2 - 3 weeks for the headset, ours and others were sent out in the first week....

ive said it before in the forums, that test will NEVER go the whole way through. it is because you are on an external network, and not on TT's VPN.

try it again when you get logged into workbooth and youll see what i mean.

so dont worry about it... ;)
