cheers wildt! i have only just applied so have been trying to catch up! are the online assessment tests hard? this job would really suit me as my elderly mum lives with us so it would be good to be at home working as i worry about her when i am out at work.it all sounds a bit daunting though!:eek:0

No the assessments are okay, you should do fine in them
It's quite long and there are several different sections to get through. I found some much easier than others but none are exactly difficult. I didn't think I'd pass but I did.
You will find out soon enough for yourself though..I wish you good luck with it x0 -
Yep inbound sales
I've recieved the hours for training (Mon-Fri 4:30pm to 8:30pm) from the 4th August to the 29th. Amy said we would recieve our actual hours around 2 weeks into the training. I am looking forward to it, are you?
Yeah i'm right excited!
I've had my emails now so just waiting for the hirepack now!:D0 -
I had a message on my a/p from Ellen this evening saying she would speak to me tomorrow to get the hirepack sorted. I've already got my disclosure form, told my company solicitor that he has to verify my ID and sorted 2 personal and 1 professional reference. I can't do 2 professional references as I have my own business so haven't worked for an employer for 4 years. I'm hoping that will be okay.
So, who is on the 4th August training? I am and Wildt is (I'm Diane BTW)
Good luck to everyone.0 -
I'm in the same boat Diane, I've got 2 personal and 1 professional. It should be okay for you, they seem to have realised what a good catch you are already, lol..
I am going to email Amy and ask if it's okay for me. Slightly worried about it though..0 -
Hi Diane
I'm on the 4th of August training too:beer:0 -
I also start on the 4th of August, am a little confused about the phone/headset setup. When I asked my recruiter if I need to purchase a headset compatible phone she said the headset plugs straight into the phone socket. Not sure if she misunderstood me or not.
Can someone please explain the setup and recommend any headset compatible phones.
Greatly appreciate it.

Yeah they send a headset with a phone so it just plugs in like a normal phone would.
I already bought a cheap corded phone anyway which will help with training.
Dont think it has a mute button tho!
Will see/hear you for training on the 4th!!Mel

Cheers for the replies, will buy a loudspeaker phone for training, couldn't imagine holding the phone for that long, it was hard enough for the meeting I had last week...lol.
