I would like to apply for a job with Teletech but the problem is that I don't have any referees. I've not worked in a long time.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

How did people who haven't worked for some time manage with the 4 references? I've only had one job! I can do 2 personal and 1 professional but not got another! Has any one been allowed to provide 3 personal and 1 professional?
