Thanks very much Oliver27. Thro' IE also, the same message is coming when I do the PC assessment. I am in the exact same situation as KATIESHOPSTOOMUCH and SNRANJ. It is so... confusing. I am going out of my mind.

I rec'd the Hire pack yesterday but start date in there is the 8th August have emailed carolyn about it today. What start date were you confirmed rufus?

In that case it sounds like you dont have a router at the moment,
whats the make and model of the modem AOL has given you.

If the screen comes up for you to enter your login details within workbooth then the conection is OK.

I got to the login point on workbooth but don't think I've got an id etc to test it further. I'm guessing this means its ok though.

If the screen came up that prompted you for a project code/login details then everything is ok as far as the connection is concerned. Otherwise you would have got a screen up that would have told you that the connection had failed.

At the moment your not missing anything by not been able to login as the only thing available to you will be Firefox.

As for the logins, this should be your hirepoint Id which you got at the beginning of the recruitment process and your email address.

Are you joining the Sales team then?
