  • in regards to the router needed, a friend of mine went and bought a belkin router. she passed the workbooth tests, but when she got into training and the tech guys were testing her system, they said the one she had wouldnt do.

they said a recommended router brand would be a dlink, or a linksys. i would recommend buying one of these to resolve any future problems you might have.

Thanks, I'll bear that in mind if I can't get hold of one of the Netgear ones, I've been told that I need to get one by Monday to be in this current recruitment group.

Why not go on to live call and ask them. say you were told you would find out in 3 days and you are concerned you have not heard anything yet. I found live call very good as they can also send an email to your recruiter and escalate your question

Do they only offer weekend shifts?

Any comments or private messages from others with useful input on these issues would also be much appreciated.
  • consumer - why not go for the inbound sales role. i am currently in training for this position and the majority of us have got 4.30pm - 11pm on monday and tuesday and mornings on saturday and sunday. i think there are only a couple who have evening weekend shifts. just an idea.
