Have you applied for the sales or the customer Service jobs?

Hi customer service although the manager kept saying 'sales' to me so not sure what it involves -either one is fine by me. Start training on monday if I ever get this ethernet card problem sorted lol. what about you ?

I got my paperwork last week and am going to solicitors tomorrow to get my identity verified - costs £7.50. But as you can see from my posts i am having trouble with my workbooth CD. According to Live call they are having lots of probs with them lately and if my computer passed the technical assessment at the start of the recruitment process (which it did) then I should be alright. They say they will have the problems sorted within 48 hrs - but that does not really help much when training starts so soon.

Hi, I guess it would be ideal if your phone was near to your computer as although you put your phone on mute for most of the meeting you need to be able to see your computer for the presentation. Having said that, I had diffiulties in logging my computer in for my meeting and was able to participate just through the phone. It lasts roughly 45 mins or even less I believe in some cases.

i am unable to complete the training that starts on the 14th as i have a flight booked this month (was booked before i got the job). What should I do? Is there definitely a new training date available at the moment?

Also, after probation is it easy to get annual leave or is it difficult with this job?

    Thanks

I was taken off training by the recruiter when I told her of my problem even though I told her that I could maybe adopt an alternative plan. I feel quite suprised that I was told I have been taken off and not been put forward for future training either. I thought the recruiter was there to help a little but instead they show no interest in your query or problem.
