Hi there, i have just signed up to website tonight and need some help. I am bringing my husband to London for 3 nights for his 40th, friday 25th saturday 26th and sunday 27th february. I have been unsuccessful in finding a central hotel in London , i would ideally like to pay 100 a night or a four star (or less if possible)!!, any recommendations would be great , i havent found anything on last minute.com secret hotels etc, thanks in advance for any advice.0

Not sure why you haven't found anything on Lastminute as the usual suspects are there. Book via a cashback site like topcashback and you will get another 7% off. If it is half-term you won't get very low prices. You can search on a more general site like travelsupermarket for other options.0

The hotel features three restaurants and a 24-hour bar where you can enjoy all your favourite drinks. Guests can use the luxurious health club and indoor swimming pool, steam and sauna free of charge during their stay. Discover this city by day and night
It's Grange St Pauls, more of a good 4* than a true 5*.
A reminder to everyone to do a quick search of this thread first as this hotel's been revealed about once every other page. Also, if you put the title into google and this thread comes up in the results, chances are if you click that result you will see the answer straight away.0 -

Depends how central you need to be. Our old friend the Hilton Kensington - "Upscale property in West London, Kensington" - pops up at £87.50, and I can recommend it. Rooms are slightly small but newly refurbished and the service is superb.
The Hilton Canary Wharf also pops up as "Contemporary hotel at the new business district", £94.58. It's an excellent hotel but maybe the Docklands location is a downside.
In Victoria, we have the Park Plaza Victoria "Hot winter rates - near Buckingham Palace and theatres", £96.35. A really good hotel.
Nothing further I can see at the moment. However, bookings look slow despite half term so I reckon prices will go down rather than up if you wait till nearer the time.

I can vouch for the Hilton Canary Wharf being excellent. Have stayed there a couple of times and it is first class.0 -
Hi all,
I've been looking for a good deal for Sat 26th and Sunday 27th Feb. Think I've found something but any ideas which hotel it is as I've had no joy in discovering it???
This highly distinctive hotel has a superb position overlooking Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, London's largest Royal Park. The hotel has newly refurbished bedrooms. In such beautiful green surroundings, its hard to believe you're so close to some of London's best attractions, including Harrods, Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace, shops of Oxford Street and the West End:)

Can't get this hotel to come up on the lastminute site but in any case it appears to be the Hilton London Hyde Park. I wouldn't really recommend it, it's not one of the better Hiltons even in West London.
What rate are they offering?0 -

Hi Everyone, this is my first post. I have had a search through this thread and found a few answers from people stating that the secret hotel I am interested in is The Mayfair Hotel on Stratton Street, I 95% agree with this but the only thing that is making me doubt it is the fact that I know the area well and I don't think that Green Park tube is the 500m away that the description is stating, so that makes me thinK it may be a different hotel, I may be completely wrong and my distance may be so off
Can someone help me out here. Thanks guys, I appreciate it!
