£1.56 potted today.
Which is my change from going shopping and from finding random coppers around the house.
I have also started to 'borrow' the coppers that the OH brings home as his change from his train faire. He never complains he is missing a penny or two.
5p of that was also road kill the first lot I have found so far. No such luck again but hey ho! It's a start!
With all these coppers I keep putting in my tin is starting to sound a bit full. So hopefully can move on to the next tin in not too long a time!
Hope everyone is doing ok this wet and windy Sunday!

I hope you'll be feeling better soon and that you can have an easier day today to look after yourself:coffee:
I'm hibernating under my heated throw watching cartoons and listing stuff that didn't sell on eBay.
I still have 200+ records. How do I still have this many. No matter how many I sell the pile doesn't get smaller :rotfl:
Fully plan for today to be NSD so likely no potting. Unless I cave and get a pizza later because standing up to cook seems like energy I don't haveAqua 0/1850 Cap.One 0/450 Vanquis 0/500 HSBC 0/100

Have a wonderful and perhaps peaceful Sunday, Potters. I do hope none of our members have been too affected by the terrible flooding, though I know several of you are from Scotland and the north, but don't think we've anyone in Cymbria. My heart truly does go out to any and all affected as it myst be horrenous!!
Many {{{Hugs}}} for those affected as well as for all our poorly family members, I do so hope you're soon feeling so much better! :grinheart
I hope you're feeling a lot better now, lexbubbles, I agree the walking was definitely worth the money earned. I hope you saw my PM. BTW...resist the pizza...resist the pizza...resist the pizza!!!!
More good potting, Kerry.12_month_challenge wrote: »Did think about buying another lucky dip with it but thought my sealed pot needs it more
Excellent self disipline carried out, 12 month challenge, and I agree - far better off in the pot!
Doesn't it make you feel a whole lot better after having a good clear out, 32b3. Good luck with the rest, and well done with the savings.
Ooooh, that must have been a bit of (excuse the pun) an eye-opener for your DD's glasses, frasersmum, especially when you weren't even expecting it!!!! Still, I guess you can console yourself with the fact that she needs them.
Wasn't that a pig of a day, TheDapster, enough to almost turn us all inside out!!Like it this morning here too, but lessened off a lot now, thankfully.

I hope I don't regret being so rash, there's a lot of December to go and my pot is well and truly sealed:eek:
Good earnings, carbootcrazy, and far better sold than hoarded. Why not consider the "Holding Pot" to pop any more larger coins in for a week or two maybe? At least you can't come unstuck that way. If you don't need them then, yes, potting those too is by far the best way.
You're doing so very well, sunshine! :j
Ah but...so long as you're only 'borrowing' DH's coppers, where's the harm, Lyndsey-michelle!I'm sure you're saving him from having too many in his pockets and weighing him down! Very well done with the roadkill!!
:xmassmile Enjoy your Sunday, Potters....with your POTS of course!

Potted about £6 today after Xmas shopping including 2 x £2 coins :T
DS came over for tea, I was practising for Xmas dinner and burned the turkey steaks
He didn't seem bothered :rotfl: and it was lovely to spend some time with him
Hope everyone's OK and surviving the weather.

Popped into town, it was quite quiet fortunately. Nobody likes me and my double pram in a busy shopping centre!
Meant I could break into a crisp note for the car park, return home with £4 that has gone in the pot.
I do like this challenge! Hope you're all having a restful Sunday x0 -
In too much pain to cook, and medication isn't helping today, so ordered a pizza and potted 65p.Aqua 0/1850 Cap.One 0/450 Vanquis 0/500 HSBC 0/100
