Found 2p on the floor after re-arranging my room, so in the pot it goes!

Going to wander around the (very small) Glasgow Christmas Market and then go to the cinema with S later, so should have some change afterwards.

Did someone mention snow. Had a lot fall over night but by morning it had all disappeared! Still very cold in the North though brrrr... Wrap up warm everyone!!

Managed to pot £4.50 in 50p's over the last few days. Little bit skint until pay day at the end of next week, so holding onto cash.

I've got a rotten cold again....My second one in about 6 weeks so I'm surprised and not in a pleasant way!! Oh well, they say it's the first couple of days that are the worst with a cold and so I'm hoping by the end of Sunday that I'll feel a whole lot better....fingers crossed....

Another cold??! You're obviously susceptible to them, so wrap up and keep warm. As you say though, it's only the first couple of days that are the worst so look forward to then..and get well soon. Good potting, Helen!

:O all these people with their talk of snow! shame on you all, making us snowless people sad :rotfl: thats it you all off my christmas list! actually, i'm sending you all christmas cards that don't have any snow scenes on them!

Ooo Sue, theres you telling me I should have been Christmas celebrating in October and Lynne telling me its only November :eek: I feel very confuddled now (though I thought everyone on the thread was aware of my ever so slight Christmas passion )

I have nearly finished my secret santa gift :j :j but my poor hands are killing me 7 odd full days of working on it has not been kind to them

Just ordered some gift cards from Amaz0n as they are doing £7 credit when you order £30 in cards (if you have been selected as a recipient of the deal, I do have the link if anyone wants to see if they are eligable but its only valid till midnight tonight), plus if you have them delivered to your local post a parcel shop (like click and collect) they give you another £5 voucher on top so £12 extra for ordering £30 of cards that I will use anyway :rotfl:

Had to pop out to get an extra bit for the secret santa make as I was literally just finishing and bloomin ran out! grrrr so had to buy a new pack just to get a teeny tiny bit *rolls eyes* BUT, nice young man at the till gave me a £2 coin so I am now a bit happier

I wish I could buy more gifts for more kids but it was like getting blood out of a stone getting the list from the met's organiser this year. It was done central this time rather than by individual borough. I'll do another 25% of this challenges potting next year too.

£3.17 potted today.

It's freezing here. I bought a flanelette duvet cover today and it will be going on tomorrow.

I hope everything goes as well as it can saver upper xx

Have declared my modest total on the previous thread. For 2016, I will go for £275, which is about £25 a month until November.

Hi all.

Well I've not exactly read many posts but I'm assuming I got the opening date month wrong as I thought it was 5th December. Was just popping in to see how the build up was going to realise I've missed it �� Oh well that'll serve me right for going awol during the year! Well I haven't time tonight but I'll do my upmost to count my pot in the next couple of days and hope I'm in time for the big declaration.

Unsure without reading more if I need a new number or will keep the same, but whichever it is - Hi there Sue - please may I stay joined?

Edit: read more now and I see I can keep my number as I'm posting just before the end of November. Yippee - done one thing right lol!
