Yup, the biscuits are probably my biggest expense as the teen monster can eat his way through an entire pack in one sitting if i'm not watching

With regards to cereal, the Mr T supermarket own brand cereal is the same as their own brand free from range (their ingredients are exactly the same but the cheeky beggers whack the price up for putting free from on the box  ) coeliacs Uk actually list their own brands in their directory as safe to eat.
I also tend to save up for the 3 for 2 offers which are twice a year, once in may for coeliac awareness week and once in november and I spend about £60 on G/F biscuits, oats (for flapjack
), G/F weetabix and cakes which he then has to ration for as long as possible! Does save me a fortune over time, he has literally just come to the last pack of biscuits from his may stash. I also try and bake his cakes/muffins as I found that using the standard 2oz flour/sugar/butter to 1 egg ratio gave just as good a results with G/F flour as it does with normal
I do love my dishwasher, it makes it sooo much easier to keep things safe for him and I seriously couldn't go back to one toaster now! I keep saying to DH, its going to be so strange when he leaves home, our whole lives have revolved around his health! One thing I was told by the dietitian was if I ever did think I had accidently glutenified the boy was to shove as much water down him as I could to try and flush it through his system as soon as possible.
If you ever need G/F help you can always pm me
I have no potting news as I havent got a new pot yet :rotfl:

£18 potted this week including 3 bags of 1p and 2p pieces. This is properly addictive and it's amazing what you can save with the motivation challenge like this brings.
Newcastle United in town today which is very exciting.
