Thanks for this. We're just cramming it all into the day now. Just worried my friend I'm going with and have arranged everything with is going to let me down and not turn up. I do know other people in the party but from someone who was "really excited because she doesn't go out on girlie nights out very often" to making all the wrong noises, she's now off work today and I just get a bad feeling

I can't remember when I last posted but it's ages ago. So long in fact that I had to check that I still have my number and it hasn't been re-allocated to someone else! Anyway, the potting has been going abysmally poorly. I have thrown the occasional coppers into the pot but nothing to speak of really. You know, I do think there is a link between posting on the thread and actually potting. When its at the forefront of my thoughts I'll put money in the pot, but if it isn't in my head, I don't bother! Anyway, last night I found £5 when I was out running. A nice clean one that looked like it had been freshly dropped. Nobody else about so into the pot it went. I've dropped cash in the past, it all goes around...

Well done to everyone else who is busily potting. I'm on a mission to pot-and-post from now on.

Could have been more but I decided to keep some for spends today if I need them. Will be trying to get hubby to pay for everything but since it was his birthday yesterday I might have to treat him to a coffee and cake when we're out this morning.

Haven't been on in a while but have continued potting. My smaller pot for £1 and £2 coins was full (its really small) so have banked £40 this morning and added it to my signature.
