    I've been Money Tipped!
Morning all and another nice one.

Belated Birthday wishes to the 'twins' and anyone else I've missed. Belated wishes to all those who have celebrated and to those who have had holidays (lucky you), I hope you had a great time.

Hope you enjoyed the wedding Sue.

Welcome to more 'newbies' - good luck, you know it makes sense.

Some excellent potting still going on - well done.

£30 potted since my last post and now up to £240. I'm hoping for another £20 - £30 to pot by the end of the month.

I can't remember when I last posted but it's ages ago. So long in fact that I had to check that I still have my number and it hasn't been re-allocated to someone else! Anyway, the potting has been going abysmally poorly. I have thrown the occasional coppers into the pot but nothing to speak of really. You know, I do think there is a link between posting on the thread and actually potting. When its at the forefront of my thoughts I'll put money in the pot, but if it isn't in my head, I don't bother! Anyway, last night I found £5 when I was out running. A nice clean one that looked like it had been freshly dropped. Nobody else about so into the pot it went. I've dropped cash in the past, it all goes around...

Hello again, chickadee, its so good to see you, and I'm really pleased that you've hit upon the link between keeping in contact with the thread, it really does hep so don't forget!! :naughty: Excellent news of the £5er find, use that to find your way back into saving well and regularly! :j

Oooooh, £33 in the pot eh, Ruth, fantastc news!!

Wonderful news of yours too, MrsC....tobe!! I hope your OH had a lovely Birthday.

    Well found...and saved, mrs-moneypenny! :D

Just so long as you keep up with the saving, frasersmum, then not to worry. Great banking too!

    Well saved, Westie.

Good afternoon, Iv been very busy potting, even though I dont get to post very much, just wanted to let you all know of my alternative saving method, as well as my pot, Im with TSB and they do a scheme called save the change, if you spend say £12.50 on your debit card the bank rounds it up to £13 and pops the remaining amount into a savings account for you, iv been doing this for about 3 and a half years roughly and have enough now to take my grandchildren on holiday at Easter for a caravan break for a week. It seems very slow to build up but its well worth it.

However you save, cattysmum, has to be good, and although it may take a good while for the TSB money to mout up, it's still savings and you and the Grandchidren all benefit from it. Have a wonderful time...I bet those kiddies are so excited, bless em!!

Slowly will still get you there, themstarrynights, regularly too. :D

So pleased yu enjoyed the footie, Vicky...that you're saving too!
