Happy new year everyone as not been on for a bit. Im doing the save a penny a day thing on fb and was sorting through my change today. Ive saved enough money till the end of the month. Just shy of £5. By the end of the year if I stick to it should be nearly £700!!!!
Also mum and I are doing SW but we are weighing in each wed at her house so we get to keep the money :j. So thats another £15 so far. And Ive lost 6lb in 2 weeks so double bonus.
Hope all are well. Busy night tonight as DS leaves school this year and unsure of what to do so we have been to find out about a new engineering college that is opening here in Sept. Got lots of info and some great contacts with engineering businesses. Seems to be favouring the apprenticeship route at the moment. He has the college open day a week on monday and a weeks work experience at Bentley during feb half term. Lots to think about. Was a real shame as DH was on nights tonight so couldnt come. He is an electrical and mechanical engineer so would probably understand more than me and ask better questions.
Will try to come on here a bit more frequently.
Lots of love
