Lilly that is a great loss for your first week. Well done!
Thanks all for you kind words. I think being so exhausted is not helping my mood. I'm going to try and be good today and Sunday but even doing that I don't think will fix this week.
No idea what to eat. I'm too tired to think..... Listen to me feeling sorry for myself! Sorry guys!

Morning,
Another tired one here. Audits suck!
Anyway, decided not to weigh this morning. Will do at some stage when it feels right. Feeling more toned and pleased with my exercise and eating so don't want to be disheartened by the scale. If I didn't like what it said I'd probably go off tonight in a huff feeling like I'm getting nowhere and feeling like rubbish. Why ruin my good mood. If it was down a bit I'd probably go off thinking I deserve a treat now and relax a bit more. So no scales for me today.
Going to the gym tonight
Need to do a meal plan and sort a shopping list, have a voucher for Tesco need to use today.0 -
Another 1lb off for me :j
Slowly but surelyThank you for the lovely welcome yesterday.
Just wanted to check in and say I've lost 4lbs this week (my first week back on SW).
Happy with that!
Yay!! More losses. Well done both!:TCountingPennies wrote: »I'm going to try and be good today and Sunday but even doing that I don't think will fix this week.

It might not fix it but it'll certainly be better than going off plan. Have you been to your GP?:)
Are you synning the flour in the pizza and topping rdone? Sounds like you're losing weight for your wedding. How exciting. Hopefully all the canapes will be full of stuff you don't eat:D.
Good plan to keep away from the scales lantanna. You'll know when you're not squeezing into your trousers that you've lost and much less likely to reward yourself in the 'wrong' way. Have a good weekend:).
I wonder if Aldi's in Spain sell similar stuff to here lois? I do most of my shopping there and find it fits SW very well (5% mince is only occasional though:().
Off out to lunch today. Will report back later;).0 -
rdone - as well as the oil in the pizza base you also need to syn the flour @ 5 syns per 25g. You'll also need to syn the flour in your "cheese" (mustard as well if it's a ready made one and not the powder).
Lantanna - I think you're absolutely right to not weigh in the circumstances. No point in making yourself weigh if you don't want to. It's great that you're feeling in a good mood and feeling toned.

PS - Maman you beat me to it and posted whilst I was typing0 -

Some of the products are the same but not all, there's definitely a Spanish influence. I've never seen 5% mince but if it's only occasionally available in the UK I'll keep my eyes open for it.
