Well done to everyone weighing in
Today's menu:
Breakfast: bran flakes (HeB)
Lunch: asda quinoa snack pot (3 syns), apple, peach, clementines
Dinner: bacon, squash and sweet potato stew from SW site - very tasty, which is handy since there's lots left over!!
Had a really crappy day at work which has sort of killed my appetite - very unusual for me as I'm normally a big stress eater. Means I've had very low syns today though. Might have a low cal hot chocolate later to use up a couple more.0 -
Being as MSE as I can be, I've not has any HEB so far this week
but I've not eaten the big fat white bread in the kitchen either
B - Plain oat so simple with ss milk and a chopped up banana
L - half a pot of SW soup, a 25g bag of walkers, another banana and a muller light.
D - half an SW cottage pie (that mash is horrible!), brocolli, carrot and cabbage.
S- I started off really well and had just another muller light. Then I came home and ate a kit kat and another packet of crispsand a few biscuits
Sorry, I just felt the need to confess there
Tomorrows meal plan goes like this -
B- the same (I need to use up those porridges)
L - WM bread x 2 with ham and pickle, crisps and muller light
D - chicken stir fry with noodles
S - satsumas, muller lightI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. Sorry to hear you're still feeling poorly. Please don't write the whole week off. Try and stay on plan tomorrow and although you'll have to have tasters on Saturday, you don't need to be off plan all day.
Our consultant uses the analogy that if you dropped your phone you'd pick it up not stamp all over it.
I'm sure you'll feel better if you don't give up.:A0 -
Another 1lb off for me :j

Morning
Had a great night - walked there and back (2 km) and danced quite a bit which is progress as this time last year my knees were so bad I was struggling to walk at all. I have to admit the doctor was right when he said losing weight would help. I'm hoping if I get to where I want to be I won't need surgery at all.
Need to go shopping again today so first job of the day will be to plan a menu. It's always more of a challenge here in Spain but the salad and vegetables that are available are so fresh, you can't beat them. I do find I have to shop around though - in England I get everything I need in one supermarket but I often have to do 3 here. Mercadona is my favourite but I go to Spar for lean mince, ryvita, laughing cow, English bacon and a few other things, and often go in Aldi out of curiosity and generally find something I can't live without!
queen of cheap - well done for resisting the white bread. :T You should have your Hebs as they provide you with fibre so don't go without for too long.
CP - chin up! Enjoy the tasting day and try to keep your Syns low for the rest of the week, you'll soon be losing weight again.
Beanie - a good weekend and half a pound off - result!
Well, better get on with my plan and shopping list, it's gone 9 already and I'm not even dressed!
Have a good day everyone, onwards and downwards!

Thank you for the lovely welcome yesterday.
Just wanted to check in and say I've lost 4lbs this week (my first week back on SW).
Happy with that!0 -
Went well over syns last night so already need to be careful for the rest of the week! DH decided to open a bottle of red so it would have been rude not to have shared it with him!
Sticking with EE again today:
B - mushroom omlette
L - ham, fried up potatoes & mixed veg, pickled onions, beetroot
D - beef stew, mashed potatoes
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - not sure but will have some Ryvita & butter if peckish during the evening.
No syns planned so far unless I have the Ryvitas.

Well done on all of the loses! Sounds very impressive and helps with the motivation.
Had pizza instead of curry last night. My OH makes the base out of flour, oil and water so a few syns for the oil. On top I just had tomatoes and "cheese". Cheese is almond milk, mustard and flour so well within the HEA.
Today I've had original porridge and almond milk. Definitely prefer oat milk with the porridge, almond milk makes it to thick.
JP and beans for lunch I think.
This evening we've been invited to our wedding venue for a taster session. They invite all bride and grooms who are getting married around a similar time for you to try the food and drink. So it's free welcome drinks, canapes, wine tasting and 4 course meal. Safe to say I think I won't count the syns and just run further in the morning! My debt free diary
