Thanks for the chart Shala have n0t posted challenge yet as undecided what to do. I am now 4lb under target. don't want to put it back on but don't want to pay slimming world a fiver to reset to 9stone. I need to have a word with my consultant as don't want to lose another 7lbs but wouldn't mind losing the 3lbs.

Had a nice surprise this morning I was clearing a drawer out and found 3 Asda £2 gift cards, the ones they give you when they overcharge you. Thought I would have a look at the 3 for £10 chickens, was very pleased they are a good size 1.666 kg and have a sticker for £1 off McCains Roasts, these are on offer for £1 so free with sticker, 3 chickens 3 bags Roasts for £4.00 chuffed, now to try and fit it all in freezer :rotfl:

B_E_G so sorry about your Aunt, well done on your 9stone loss that's incredible, another 3lb love and you have lost a whole ME
and you wouldn't want to carry me far I tell you :rotfl:

    Hi all,

Not really a good time to be trying to lose weight, but I wish everybody all the best.

Hoping for a loss tomorrow as I maintained last week!

    Today's menu:
    B: bran flakes (HeB), raspberries
L: pasta n sauce with milk and spread (4.5 syns), apple, peach, Clementine
    D: leftover stew
S: Freddo Faces (9.5 syns), milk in drinks (heA)

Out for the day both Sat&Sun so will likely be eating lunch out. Hopefully I can stay on plan still!
  • Well done everyone on all the weight losses coming in.

In terms of sweet treats I like the small dairy milk bars you can get for 5 syns, or mini haribo bags for 3-5 syns depending on size.

Hope everyone has good weekends. I'm trying to keep on the straight and narrow as much as I can before my holiday to minimise the damage.

It might not fix it but it'll certainly be better than going off plan. Have you been to your GP?:)

I'm on my 3rd course of antibiotics in 3 weeks. Have a chest infection, a touch of pleurisy and to top it off I'm coming down with a water infection tonight. I have a low immune system and suffer from a chronic lung along with a few other issues. 33 years old and falling to bits :rotfl:

    Haven't done too bad today....

    Lunch: SW chips and egg

Gonna have some cereal now (HEA and B), just got in from work as I went back yesterday.

Syns: Fun size bag of malteasers and 1/2 box of chicken bits my friend shared with me at work.

Oh, poor you! Is that three different antibiotics or three weeks of the same one? I ask because I had a dreadful kidney infection a couple of years ago and it took 5 different antibiotics with minimal success before GP decided that the first one was fine but I just didn't take it for long enough. I know we're not meant to talk medical on mse but I can send sympathetic vibes.:A

Met up with my SIL today that's been doing SW. She's just off target with almost four stone lost. I'm so pleased for her as for years she's told me she ate healthily but couldn't lose because of under active thyroid. I knew the biscuits were responsible!!

Lunch today worked out well. I had a roast shoulder of lamb with new potatoes, carrots and tenderstem broccoli. Only syns were in gravy. Wine syns didn't count because I'd saved them up for the weekend:D.

Ahh thanks! 2nd sort this time. I've had a culture sample which pin points what will work for this type of bug. I didn't know we weren't to talk medical on here (and here is me moaning one, lol) :rotfl:
