Thank you for the shiny new thread Shala, took me all day to read old and new pages
.
Wi with loss of 2lb , BIG surprise there! I put it down to a week of no starchy carbs for evening meals. Downside was the mini binge today of Doritos, half n half sandwich thins (suffering now but only myself to blame) and a Freddo
.
The family will probably want takeaway for tea too!
Looking like another week of no starchy carbs.
Week has been 'interesting', a work colleague overstepped the mark and was given at the very least a verbal warning but possibly a written one. The class staff spent yesterday trying not to get pulled into a conversation about it. Not a nice atmosphere to say the lease?
My lovely nephew has made my reception classes a mud kitchen :T, now have to work out which 'mud' is safe to use.
