Thank you for the shiny new thread Shala, took me all day to read old and new pages :D.

Wi with loss of 2lb , BIG surprise there! I put it down to a week of no starchy carbs for evening meals. Downside was the mini binge today of Doritos, half n half sandwich thins (suffering now but only myself to blame :o) and a Freddo :p.
The family will probably want takeaway for tea too!

Looking like another week of no starchy carbs :D.

Week has been 'interesting', a work colleague overstepped the mark and was given at the very least a verbal warning but possibly a written one. The class staff spent yesterday trying not to get pulled into a conversation about it. Not a nice atmosphere to say the lease?

My lovely nephew has made my reception classes a mud kitchen :T, now have to work out which 'mud' is safe to use :D.

Just seen John Lewis Christmas ad, brought a tear :rotfl:

Well done to all losers and welcome in to all newbies . Big hugs to all in need :A.

    Keep the faith all :A

Just read my nephews fb status, he's in Belgium at the chip museum! Had to laugh as it was mentioned here, he says it's the dullest place on earth :rotfl:

Been wearing jeans which have been feeling quite tight over the last few months, and they fit very comfortably now :j

Probably off to wetherspoons tomorrow and trying to work out what I can eat - anyone any advice? I'm wondering about the superfood pasta, the five bean chilli and the shanghai noodles...
  • Rubbish day. No more shall be said on the matter. Off to curl up in a ball and feel sorry for myself.
