Out of interest what do people tend to do with quark? I'd never even heard of it before I started SW - from what I can gather it's very SW friendly, I'm just not sure what I should be doing with it! Do people just have it in place of a yoghurt or do you have other uses for it?

Went to spoons today and ended up having superfood pasta with chicken - using the SW syns calculator I've estimated it at 18 syns - in reality I think it's probably lower than this as its mostly free food (though it was noticeably quite oily), but I'm syn free today other than that so I'm not too worried.

    Today's plan:
    B: bran flakes (HeB), strawberries
L: superfood pasta (Approx 18 syns)
D: jacket potato with beans and salad
    S: clementines, mullerlight

Will be weighing in tomorrow night - currently feeling quite bloated due to time of the month, so will be interesting to see how that affects things...
  • I think I've put 2lb on this week after a sneak weigh in before tomorrow. Had a coughing fit earlier and trapped the nerves in my back in doing so. Never rains........

I was just looking at the chart earlier and realised the weeks run Sunday to Sunday so i'll post the charts on a Monday evening now, starting tomorrow. There were some brilliant losses coming in and so far we've lost 1stone 9lbs.. the total pledge was to lose 19 stone 7.5  before Christmas so good luck to everyone :T:T:T)

I previously said I would make Wednesday my WI day but that would mean missing the first week of the challenge so I'm going to hope that my body hasn't fluctuated in an upward direction and go for Mondays again.

That's an impressive amount we're going for, but if we all give it our best and continue supporting each other we CAN DO IT!
