Its worth checking the dates of your numerous tickets to see if any were issued during their 'suspension' period. Wouldn't put it past them to continue ticketing, just to see if anyone pays up.

I sent my letter to the small claims solicitors , and ive now received a direct letter from the PCC with reference to my reply.


The letter is very lengthy answering the points I raised one by one


it seems they are not backing down.


been given a further 14 days to settle or they will issue county court proceedings


I would lie advice but just cant post the letter here because thy way its written with all the details clearly identifies me


Im really desperate for help and have responded to the LBA, and now got this reply.

correction:


covering letter from solicitors (SCS) dated 19/11/2015.


they have enclosed the detailed reply letter from their client (PCC ) which is dated 11/11/2015. This letter mentions 14 days to reply


Both the covering letter from SCS and the detailed letter have got my name and address.


My letter to PCC was dated 8/11/2015, but I only sent it on the 10/11/2015. got post office recipt to prove that.


I never recived the letter from PCC directly. now I don't know which date to accept as the beginning of the 14 days. The SCS letter is dated 19/11/2015. is this a unning plan from the pcc to give me minimum time to reply?

Where are the pics of the signs? Where are the pics of the location?

You want advice but are asking people to comment almost blindfold.

Can't believe you are wasting so much time and more importantly taking advice based on people guessing at your situation.

This is a classic example of turning a simple issue that can be sorted quickly into a disaster.

Signs are the basis of any contract and you have provided none. Location indicates the likelihood of you being able to see them you have provided none.

I have explained why I cant upload them. If I do, everyone here will exactly fond out where I live.


Its a residential area and in a residential block of flats


the road/close is private but very distinct.


You are right, its now reaching disaster levels


I have sent you a few PM expressing my willingness to give you the info, but I haven't got a reply.


I want help and advice, yes, but truly worried of the case being compromised by giving away all the personal information.


I have seen a few posts on other threads of some individuals that makes me suspicious that they may be acting on behalf of PPCs, and that's why im worried about uploading the info. Its not a retails park or anything. its my private address, so please understand my dilemma
