    Dear Quentin

I feel I didn't make myself clear, apologies.

Im not asking how to proceed over this massive bill.

Am asking whether we think the letter , as stated in its last paragraph, " please note that this letter is to be confirmed a letter before claim for the purpose of the Practise direction on Pre-action conduct", should be treated as an LBA/LBCCC or not. maybe my question wasn't clear. My direct question is, is it, or isn't it an LBA, irrespective of whether its compliant with the PD or not.

If it should be treated as an LBA/LBCCC, then I will reply. So , yes, that's my decision, and Im not waiting for a consensus decision on that.

But if its not an LBA, whether compliant or not, then I will ignore.

I have already replied to the first one regarding my current car, but the bill for the older car is considerably higher, and I'm now re-thinking whether I should reply or not.

    and hence my question

    regards

    Thanks
When I posted that you wanting posters to "vote" on your question so that you could take a decision based on the consensus of replies you get I did appreciate you are asking us about the status of the LBA!

A forum consensus is a pointless exercise!

Could you put up Google StreetView location so we can see what signs are about. Could you also indicate where you were parked when you got these tickets.

Yes, treat it as an LBA.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Dear IamEmanresu

I love to but im too scared to post it in the general forum

It would definitely identify me because of the amount im being asked for.

I am more than happy to sent it to either yourself or CM as a private message and you can view for yourselves.

Im just not keen to post it because the PCC in question may identify me

So, is there anyway of me contacting you or CM via PM and im then happy for you to discuss it amongst yourselves

    Thanks CM

Ive sent the letter to them with regards to the claim for the current car which is £500+

I also had a letter for my old car for £2000+. they have resent me the letter to the correct address, so got 12 days to reply.

So, in terms of relying, Im within the time limits.

please see my message to Imaemanresu re the street view.

its my private residential place and that's why I don't wanna post it on gen forum

I would love your opinions though on the signs etc,,, but not sure how to do that without posting the streetview here.

    regards

They probably already have as you have pages of it. The signs are always key and yet it takes 6 pages for you to even think of volunteering and 3 to get as far as checking your lease.

This drip feeding is actually doing you more harm than you think as your lack of information and unwillingness to do simple research (read the stickies?) just prolongs the issue.

And the issue is not complicated either.

    Thanks

The pages I posted were from SCS letter and everything identifying my car reg numb my adrress date or reference numb were covered. So does that still identify me?

I must emphasise I am a newbie here and I have read thee LBCCC by xxxLazy daisy and I have on numerous occasions asked here for some clarification of parts of it.

I am relying on the experience of those here who are very familiar to guide me through.

I have given a thought account of my case in my first post

I have posted/uploaded any info needed.

I have replied a to all the specific questions.

Im doing the legwork but I do need guidance, so for me to be told im not voluneteering info after 6 pages , I feel in unfair.

No, another unfair comment. it didn't take me 3 pages to check my lease. I had to look for my tenancy agreement, because I coudnt locate it. then I tried to get the main lease from the owner of the flat, who refused. so I got a copy from LR. I only go that YESTERDAY. So, no didn't take me 3 pages to do that.

    .

people who drip feed are those who are here to wind others up and they don't have a case. My case is genuine.. Im not doing that. I am relying on the useful advie that I get here. Im not sure what lack of information is being referred to. I have obliged, posted what I have been asked for.

Who says im not willing. Who says im unwilling to read.

Ive been reading , as much as I can. im checking things even at work. I'm reading a lot.
And the issue is not complicated either.

I agree and Im here to get as much help and advice.

yes I am taking it on board.

I have sent my letter to SCS regarding the new car. I have got a few days to send the one for the older car.

I TRIED solicitors, but no success despite what you may feel is a bit odd, but ive tried and tried.

    CAB- tried
    RAC foundation- tried
Other forums/parking cowboys/pranksters- am reading and seeing what may be of relevance to me

Finally, I think the title of my thread has the biggest message: DESPERATE APPEAL PLEASE HELP

I have admitted that yes I ignored the PCNs, appeals DR letter..etc and lots of tickets. I don't feel though I ve committed a sin or crime. Im now asking for help and advice. It doesn't help me to be told Im being lazy/unwilling to do search/drip feeding. Thats because I am actually trying to get this sorted and Im investing emotionally/time/economically ( written all recorded letters to DVLA/management co/Land registry for as much info as I can; true).

I am hoping these forums would be welcoming to people like myself, who may have followed old advice and ignored everything so far. If I didn't care/ was unwilling, I would have just continued to ignore everything and just rolled over, but NO, I want to fight back. My case isn't dissimilar to a few in terms of ignoring everything up to the SCS letter. Yes, the main difference is probably the number of PCNs.

Im not drip feeidng. Im just worried , hence my username. I don't want to identify much here because they PCC agents, may read thins and wisen up.

    Thanks for your comments

    The signs are always key

Where are the pics of the signs and their relative location to the space(s) you parked in.

    Is this something I've missed?

Stop wasting time justifying everything and talking about irrelevant stuff. Signs, lease, paperwork, location.

4 simple questions requiring 4 simple answers.

    Ok thanks IamEmanresu

    I like that reply

    I got all that info

can I PM them to you please. I will even give you the location.

Theres a lot identifiable info, but more than happy to PM you

    1. signs: I can type here everything on them or pm you location where you can see where the sings are

    2. AST and lease both available

    3. other paperwork , also all available including letters from management company to residents of flats telling them of reviewing their contract/arrangements with the PCC concerned because of residents complaints. So even the management co "suspended " them from the site for 6 months . they obviously never say that "we suspended them" Simply say we reviewed our parking arrangements with PCC, who were then reinstated with some hew changes.

Dear IamEmanResu, please lets work on this one because Im infuriated by them for causing me all this stress for parking where I live. Please lets go get them . Thankyou.
