The sign indicates that only those authorised to park may do so within marked bays & while display a valid parking permit. There is no suggestion that you entered into a contract for parking as you were unauthorised not displaying a permit & not within a marked bay. There can therefore be no claim for damages for breach of contract. You were a trespasser & only the occupier of the land may sue for damages which would be tone provided no physical damage was done. UKPC have no standing to take you to court.0 -
Rubbish! The sign that you uploaded is like thousands of others. It doesn't give any indication of the address nor who hired UKPC.

Thanks a lot
the management company in charge of the estate has an agreement with the pcc.
its on private land
I can upload views from a slightly further distance, so you can see their relation to the residential estate.
these were extremely close up views , just so the readers can see the wording
I replied to the LBA letter from SCS on 8/11, but posted it on 10/11/2015
received letter from SCS dated 19/11/2015 in which they enclose the detailed reply to my letter. The enclosed letter from PC to me is dated 11/11/15, but I haven't received it. It was enclosed the letter from the SCS. They have given me 14 days to pay or court. which date do I go by, 19/11/15, the date I received the SCS letter or the date on the PCC letter, which I have thoroughly checked, and never received.
I need to reply robustly, so any advice is most appreciated0 -

Thanks
in the earlier posts I was referring to disclosing the streetview etc, because the residential estate I feel will be easily then identifiable. that's why I got the close up views.
I can upload anything asked for, but really not sure how much it will compromise the case, hence my reluctance. im not trying to be difficult or anything, just genuinely worried.

I live there on the residential property. I have a permit which wife uses to park in allocated our space.
in their lengthy reply, the pcc state "we believe we have made it clear above what te basis of our claim is, but for the avoidance of doubt the claim is for a breach of contract"0 -
