    Ive been looking at the sticky thread on LBCCC by xxLazydaisy
    She kindly provides a link to the governments practice direction which I have opened .


    She often, and more specifically in post #5, refers to Annexe 2, para 2 of the PD.


    However, Ive got the PD site open but I cant see an annexe 2, para 2. Am I looking at the wrong link/site, or am I looking at a summary of it.


    In post #5, she brilliantly dissects every component of Annexe 2, para 2, but when I look at the PD site, I just cant see an annexe 2 etc.


    Am I looking at the wrong PD?


    Has it been amended since xxLAzy made the post?
