I can see them restricting what you can install, perhaps even forcing all software to be purchased/downloaded via their own store.
Also Win10 is well known for leaking your personal data, MS will undoubtedly be using this for targeted advertising.
If you want Win10 when it's no longer free, just buy an OEM disk on eBay in a couple of years time. I got a genuine copy of Win7 for £20, it'll be no different for Win10.
The other problem with this free upgrade is that MS have an extremely poor history when it comes to upgrading one OS to another and most IT savvy folk would NEVER do an upgrade like this.0 -
