Perhaps your sister and her BF would like to hire the work done to their satisfaction? Hmmmm

You have had so much happen to you but you are still going at things. You have a fighting spirit that I greatly admire.

  • Hello Folks,

Took a little break. It has been ROUGH. Depression has kicked my !!!!. And today was especially bad. As ever I had a good time with my friend and came home to a tired Mum - who hadn't slept cos I wasn't home and it knocked me. Plus I made the MASSIVE (And I can't express how massive it was) mistake of checking out the dating website.....less said about that misery induced decision the better. So I slept for 3 hours and then decided two things.

    1. I need to go to back to the doctor about these feelings.
    2. I need a focus.

These are my goals - 100 days from now it will be the 20th of September. By then I will have de-cluttered the house and garden (sheds). The rabbits will be living outside (till it is too dark for me to see them!). I will have sold the old cages, cleared the garden, front and back. The bathroom will also be done and I will have painted the kitchen. The rest of the house will be ready to be painted whilst Mum is away.

This means I will have my own sitting room (the conservatory) and storage will be 1/3 empty. my room will have space and be organised. Books and clothes will be gone through again. I will be exercising regularly and may have lost weight. I will be able to have people over and might even organise a Summer party........(in August once the bathroom and kitchen are done.)

Really glad you are posting again!

Your mental health is crucial. Mine goes out of whack ever once in awhile and I have to get my meds adjusted.

Your summer goals sound very doable.

We are in Albuquerque NM at my DD1's house. Tomorrow my husband gets evaluated for a knee replacement.

  • Hello

am ok. Things have been tough.near constant headaches. stress at work and I got the date through for my op 13th July. Which means I will miss the end of term nightmare but I am TERRIFIED of the op. my breast may end up with a bump in it and it will be scarred. And I know I shouldn't worry about that but the idea of someone cutting into your boobs!!! seriously just think about that for a minute!!

    So yeah......................trying to keep busy.

That's not long to wait for the op which is a good thing. Natural to worry and no point telling you otherwise but maybe try and plan something lovely for the holidays to look forward to?

    Big hugs x
