    IF you are on my FB I beg you not to breathe a word of this.

    I did my monthly exam of my breasts this morning and found a lump. In my right breast.

    I can't tell any one in real life until I know for sure what it is and what is happening. Obviously my tiny fevered brain has come up with all sorts of scenarios ranging from I fall in love with my doctor to well, a much much darker place.

    I think the doctors is open tomorrow so will go down and see if I can get an appointment. The website makes no mention of Easter/bank holidays.

    I have to get through today and I am so sorry to land this on you guys. But someone has to know else I will go crazy.
