    Re your list of negatives, why not split it into two parts: things you can do something about and things you can't. Forget the things you can't do anything about and make a plan for the things you can.

    Glad to read there are plenty of positives afoot :)

    Work - well I survived. Have been ill about 3 times this week including today.

    money. Can't look at the books accounts. have a virus.

    I didn't sleep until about 2.30 this morning. The scary thing is I was shattered at ten when I wrote that post - look at the errors!

    I got up early and cleaned out the animals(inspired by Beanie)hoovered run a bath and had a good think. I feel better in myself. got lots of marking to do best get on :)
