How much longer do you need to wear the boot for? There's always taxis if you need to get out and about and most towns have a "shop mobility" place, you might have to join to use their equipment (ours is £10 a year) and then you can hire a wheelchair or mobility scooter for a small hourly charge....whilst it's not for everyone, if you want to get out and about there are options. Fresh air and getting out of the house at every opportunity is a must to keep those down feelings at bay.

  • I went out for breakfast on Saturday but am rubbish with the crutches and although it was lovely I was a bit scared crossing roads and stuff. It was a real eye opener actually, people come so close and cars - feeling like they are misjudging your speed. Most odd. so many things I haven't ever thought about, uneven roads and bins!!

I will have to go out at some point with a cab and a back pack. but today is all about entering data for school.........................horrible and stressful!!

    got to breakfast

The horrible stressful data entry resulted in an argument with work.

Then the software didn't work so I couldn't do it anyway.

So stressed. feel sick got a headache from hell. disrupted sleep.

In the end my boss did it for it me. one was the wrong stuff (my fault - stupid one drive). So upset and guilty.

then my Mum didn't tell me my sister and her OH were coming round to get the tree out. So me - bed at 2.30, woke up at 6.30, 8.30 to check emails and data. nothing. went back to sleep. woke up at 10.30, sent e mail thanking boss. mortifying. he answers to tell me it is wrong. I try to sort it but can't. Bear in mind not dressed yet then they show up -Mum at doctors.

IT is amazing. Mum is in a brilliant mood - cos she left the house. I am in headache agony and the whole !!!!ing house is a tip. no Christmas preparation at all.

I want to sit and cry but since that isn't going to change anything and I can't do it any way (Mum is back from the doctors) I don't know what I am going to do. I try really. But it isn't good enough and I hate it all.

Today is a new (overcast cloudy) day! 17th of December 2016.

I still have a headache but have completed the last piece of work for work. Last night in a fit I moved furniture round - foot is feeling it today but I have various plans today to finish room and work on house. The new rabbit cage is HUGE! and needs sorting plus I have to put stuff in the shed and wrap presents for people at work. In fact the presents should be the priority as today is the last day for them.

Also parcels due today. And need to ring Argos to cancel a delivery on Saturday.

am SO hungry. shower then breakfast.
