AC, try to keep as many chins up as you can - I have the same problem!
Stay focused on the goal and you will get there in the end.
It has been raining for most of the last few days, and I have had to put a heater on, but I am still so much happier here :-)

Bettyboo, I know AC has mentioned he would like to lose some weight but how do you know he has more than one chin to keep up? ;):p:D

London is amazing................... short-term. Far too expensive for me. I always warn off people from moving there if they actually want to have a life as opposed to spending every penny they earn on living costs. But you know that already right?

Hope you manage to get away asap. As for travelling, you should seize the moment (go today, as if we leave the EU supposedly everything is going to spontaneously combust - at least that's what the moronic PM would have you believe). But seriously, do it, do it asap. We're all a long time dead as they say, and when upon the death bed literally nobody regrets not working more.
Bit of a cliche but you're never too old (well within reason), but of course as with most things in life they are better enjoyed whilst you're as healthy as can be - I've met people in their 60's that are still hardcore travelling. So just do it!!!

  • Thanks all ;)
Cannot wait to go TBH . Waterloo is fine . Once you get to Holborn , towards the city , it is a nightmare and a scruffy building site .
I won't say anymore or it will depress me on this humid day .
  • Somebody was at the flat yesterday .
She likes it. Her place is up for sale.
Wants to put an offer in, but can't unless someone puts an offer on her place .
    Viewing today around 2.30 . So we'll see ;)

Having my lunch at a cafe Nero in the city , and not Blackfriars as I normally do . The traffic is that bad .

Bettyboo,:o. I was merely leaping to AC's defense, without reading properly, admittedly.

AC, is it not possible for you to take a couple of fans into work with you? "AC, AC! Over here, AC. Can I get a selfie with you? Will you autograph my !!!s?" Ahem. I actually meant the oscillating kind.

If that didn't raise a slight smile, you are a tough room. LL says the market often picks up around September and you are still getting viewings. It will happen for you. Sending you :grouphug: Not dodgy tummy grouphug, actual grouphug... confused? You bet!

    Hang in there AC.

The good stuff is just around the corner.

    This time next year, Rodders.........:rotfl:

Well today is cancelled, frozen shoulder

Just add it to the poorly foot and dodgy digestive system.......

I'm 65 Fgs not 95. I will NOT give in.

Going to take some painkillers (or asDS2 calls it - Mum's crack stash.....:rotfl:) and then try some exercise to loosen up the shoulder.
  • Thank you folks .;)
It sounds more promising , I think .
Smodlet : the 'office' is ventilated - for now. It's the commuting etc. that knocks the stuffing out of you. Doing the earlier shift next week. will be less stressful. (Except for lunchtime , where I always go out )
