  • I can only echo the above . So sorry.

I'm watching home alone, which is what I want to be tomorrow .
My friend says otherwise . We'll see :)

Smodlet, I took your tip and the water did turn to ice.
The fridge was noisy when I went to check. When I opened the door to get a drink..silence. I put another glass of water in the freezer , and will check in the morning.
    Thanks
  • So sorry LL at least it was quick and pain free xx

  • lol, so sorry on yr loss.

ac: your landlady should be doing all the running around and not you, or the agents. you are renting and can expect working electricity (does she have appropriate certificates?) and working appliances if comes partly or fully furnished. she shouldn't be expecting you to be doing this.

There are no 'appropriate certificates' for electrical appliances, there is only certification required for electrical work done. Does sound as if the fridge freezer is on its way out but changing the bulb would be the first step. For the sake of a few pounds I'd do it myself rather than drag someone out.
