    Thank you smodlet. ;)
Got an email today . Feedback from first viewer.Decided against.
They liked The space, but have seen equally nice flats , which are more modern inside, that he prefers.
5 more viewings to go ..

Hi AC. Very few people manage to sell to the first viewer to visit their place, that's very rare, though we were the first viewers for our last house, the one we wish we were still in, they never got as far as a For Sale board, jammy so-and-sos.

Never mind, you have five more lined up in the next few days, no? If none of them bite, it is your EA's job to get you more. You did get a "no sale, no fee" deal, didn't you?

Not to fret, sleep well and it sounds as if your trip to the seaside was very interesting. I am sure we all look forward to hooking up with you tomorrow.

    Night, night:)

    Morning smodlet, hello all ;)
Tomorrow is the main day , as to finding out the score.
Don't know if anything is lined up other than tomorrow .
The viewing on weds was unexpected , but exciting being called on a train .;)
Gotta relax, and hope for the best:)

Welcome back and best of luck for tomorrow, AC. Did you see anything you liked yesterday? Sounds as if you have more of an idea of where you might like to move to, so I'd call that a success and you are keeping your options open, not confining yourself to one tiny, little spot... it doesn't always do to fall in love with a place to that extent (are you listening, self?) home is where and what you make it.
  • Hello smodlet .
As I was leaving yesterday , I saw a Propery up the road from my friend. More or less too of my budget. I will look online later.
If tomorrow goes well( 2 nd viewing request etc), then I have to accelerate things. We wil see.
I do love the flat I'm in , and got too attached to it . Until very recently , I was clinging on to it , but realised my life is/was miserable.
Things I have to be aware of ; I move- no return to London .thats it. .
Didn't see many gyms around on weds.
Lots of old biddies around( then again im getting old myself;) )
Jobs - could be very difficult . Looks like I'll be in the £7 an hour bracket. Still want to do part time / contract / temp only.
And of course, I'll still be solo/ lonely .
Apart from that It's all positive ;)

Have you tried making a pros and cons list? I thought you had come to hate London and I know you hate your job. I know what's that's like. At least with temp stuff, if you hate it, it is either a short-term hell with an end-date or you can just walk out/find something else.

You would be debt-free; many people will die in debt because they have no way out...

If I might make so bold as to suggest, on the one hand, "Freedom!"

On the other hand, ""Freedom's just another word for nothing left to lose"."... but that was Janis Joplin...

For whatever it's worth, provided there's an internet connection where you are, you won't be able to get rid of us, will you?:D

After a time of temping/contracting or if you said you had to leave your London job/London for health reasons (stress) you might be able to claim benefits in between temp jobs... just a thought. I don't know what the rules are about leaving voluntarily but know it is a bar to claiming unless you have good reason.
  • Thanks again smodlet .
I'm stuck here (work) with sad people . This means I want to move ..now!!;)
There are people far worse than myself, so rather than wasting even more of my life away, I'm going for it .
I listed the worse Sanario earlier on, but saw nothing bad on weds .
So, the sooner the better ;)
My life will be much better than this :)

There might not be many gyms, but I bet there's walking clubs you could join, and that would help you get to know people in the area too.
