Still here .
Just had the photos taken , and flat is officially on the market .
Thought I had a spare set of keys , but my brother has those.
Gotta get a couple cut, and drop them into the CB office tomorrow.
Viewings start saturday .
Just got to email solicitor , and speak to them tomorrow.
I've used the same one twice, hopefully this time also.

This is just a thought: Can you get keys back from your brother? Every time we have moved, OH has had the locks changed just as a precaution. Not everyone does and, if your buyer does not and your brother has keys, I can foresee possible issues with their insurance, should they suffer theft... I don't think this could come back on you but I am, as usual, feeling paranoid, this time on your behalf, lovely AC.
I cannot remember if you have to list everyone who holds keys to your property on the blurb when you sell and am probably imagining this but don't know for sure. I do vaguely recall you have a legal responsibility to hand over all keys when you exchange... can anyone help with this?0
