Thanks again Tuesday . Have a day off. One viewer was 9.30, so I went out and had breakfast . Just had a surprise about half hour ago.
I was falling asleep on the settee, another viewing .;)
Spoke to EA . He said no need to do anything . Feedback very good overall. Cost of putting their own design/ budget etc.
Told me not to worry .
I suppose seeing that I've made the decision to move, has made me more anxious in a good way . Job is tedious . Not enough to do.
Possible reduction in hours IMHO .
When I eventually move , I will read this thread from the beginning.;)

EPC done this afternoon. Probably c- d . Don't think that matters much;) Also got another viewing tomorrow evening .
I should be glad of the amount of viewings I've had in a short time.
Must try to stop worrying

Lots of viewings is a good sign. I found it online too and would recommend a quick tidy up/de-clutter anyhow

Open house this weekend for me, some viewings booked in tomorrow and I'm so impatient already, now I've set my mind to selling I want it sold...yesterday!!:rotfl:

Just received a couple of emails, with 2 more viewings booked.
One name sticks out, looks like a 2nd viewing .
I think times are different , than in 2002 when I moved here.
Financially tougher, IMHO .
With that in mind, I will try and be relaxed about it all.
When I do eventually move , I will definitely relax with some yoga;)

Mmm.. person viewed flat on Tuesday . Same persons name booked in for Monday evening . Either person never showed up on Tuesday , or it's a second viewing . Fingers crossed

Phone the agent and ask if it's a second viewing

I just replied to their email, and asked them that.
I also asked if they got the Epc .
So, we'll see;)
Got another day off. I was doing some general tidying, and just gave the grass a quick cut.
It's amazing how sloppy I got , cleaning wise .
As I probably mentioned on this thread already , out of the 14 years I've lived here,
About half of that was sharing my home with others.
I used to be a lot more house proud . I was in a huge rut , I guess for a good few years. Never again, when I move .

It is indeed a 2nd viewing. The man is bringing his other half along.
Date may have to be changed .
