Cheeky beggars........
Still that's what investors do. Don't take it personally. You can't fault them for trying.0 -
Not at all LL. Has to be expected

They always try and lowball bid people .0 -
Any news.......
DS1s uk wedding today.
Nails painted, hair half done, will finish when I get to venue, bag packed for hotel stay, cat fed and watered.
I'm shattered before I start.
Did a quick right move sweep yesterday, spotted a couple of maybes. Will try and book viewings next week.
Here we go......:rotfl:0 -

Had to poke my nose into chase Buchanan this morning . The 2 nd viewing will now be on Thursday .
No other viewings booked , as far as I know.
One thing I should remember , is that the first open day viewings were last Saturday . 9 days ago .
Somebody said to me that , brexit may slow down viewings .
We will see.0 -
Just had feedback from Thursday viewing :
Love the space . Light and airy. Would think £400k , due to the work needed . Not looking to make an offer at this stage.
Just had more feedback : ' seen a bigger maissonnette in fulwood gardens , which we are going for '
Oh well...0 -
Another viewer liked it , but was put off by the garden, as it was not private enough.
He put in an offer for £425k in Colne road. which does have a private garden .
I like this guy, and respect his honesty .
Hopefully, tomorrow's / nd viewing is still on, and an offer will be made .
No other viewings booked as yet ;(0 -
It's half term this week and although your property is not a family home in general this tends to be a quiet week for house viewings so dont worry too much just yet.
See what next week brings.0 -
Hey, good luck with the viewing today. I've sold mine now and frantically looking for something to buy x0

Going through a tricky period at the moment .
A day before pay day, I was declined ad waitrose ( gone past my overdraft limit ). So , I'm selling stuff on eBay .
Next month , gotta pay service charge on my flat ( probably £360).
On top of that : tomorrow is my turn to have a chat with the new chairman. It will either be straightforward , nicey nicey. Or , he may be told that I want redundancy . Too many unprintable words about the place to care. Worried ? No! I just want my home to move fast .0
