So: I now have a viewing today.
On Monday , two 2nd viewings booked at the same time .
One of those , couldn't be contacted , but now he will be here.
Hopefully, I'll get an offer this week. I won't go for less than £400k
I will bite the hand off of the person that offers £408k

Just got yearly statement from white label lending( 2nd mortgage)
Including admin charge :£13,500 outstanding .
As I type this , my property owners insurance for the year has just this minute arrived:£375.06 increase of over £20 annoying that the notice cones out today and payment is on 21 June .1 week before payday ! @ ssholes !

Just waiting for my yearly mortgage statement from Santander .
At least when I get that, I won't have to run around looking for it when things happen .
Tired today . Too many tiny cans of ginger ale yesterday .Plus I thought there was a possibility of extra tension at work.
I was too hyper. Calm again now ,)

Thanks folks . Glad the Internet , is sorted smodlet .
My brother came around yesterday , to fix part of the boiler he broke.
Nasty horrible mood , criticising the carpet ( and myself ) .
Maybe because I am going , that is why he was so horrible .

Yes, I will be on my own, knowing nobody . Yes, I know there is no turning back. Even taking all of this into the equation , I need to go!

Hey, AC, and thanks. Just gotta get MS Office sorted, now, minefield!

I don't know what your brother's problem is and, of course, it's not my business or my place but, don't you think it's his problem, not yours? What does he think you owe him? Or is that just his way?

The only, and I mean, only, thing my inexpressibly unspeakable father taught me of any use was, "You can't choose your relatives, thank god you can choose your friends." My sister taught me blood is not thicker than water, and the less said about my mother, the better. Don't wanna bring my bias but, I have had so much better from my friends than those I happened to share a few genes with in my life... your friends choose to know you, spend time with you and, most importantly, they care what you think rather than just imposing their perspective on you. OK, I'm done. Tell me you missed my rants! Let me feel the luuurrve, y'all! :D:rotfl::D

A thought has struck! (Make a note) If you have accidental contents insurance cover (and only if) "accidentally" cause the carpet an accident (laser printer ink hoovers up the best, just in case of issues) then claim for a new carpet? ...And the madness has passed.

    Thanks smodlet ;)
Regarding brother : 10 years older than me . Did the odd manual job ( not many , plus he took all my tools ).
I did all of his paperwork , let his flat out for him etc. While he just slagged me off. He realises he has to do things for himself , instead of being lazy, arrogant and 'helpless' ( a user in other words ).
The carpet: never shampooed in all the time I have been here.
Plus there are paint accidents etc.
Hopefully today , I will get an offer..
  • Report from Friday : elderly lady likes the flat . A lot of work needed.
Will bear in mind, as her son is a builder.
    Somebody hurry up ...
  • Feedback from this morning: liked it , but too far from the station.
    What a ton of rubbish!
3-5 mins by car to stations. Property more expensive nearer the Station. Chancer !
