PCN: Millennium parking services

Comments

  • Certainly will!

    So an update:

BPA advise that that Millennium left the approved operator scheme with them on 09/11/15.

As above, they then joined IPC on 18/11/15.

    Time of alleged incident 24/10/15

Best next move? Would I still request the date from DVLA that they accessed my data before anything else?

    Thanks!!

What date was put on the NTK as the 19th December was the 56th day after the parking event.

Thanks, they made it by one day; if they had dated it the 17th it would have been too late!

    Typical!

I have still written off to DVLA to confirm when my data was released.

Dependant on response I assume I need a POPLA code

Ok so the repose from Dvla

They got my details early December and supposedly were a member of an ata at the time of notice and time of data request.

Best next step my humble professionals?

Make your initial appeal using the template in the newbies sticky. It is almost certain to be rejected, which should come accompanied by a POPLA code. It will be very interesting to see if a POPLA code is forthcoming, given their defection to the IPC. But you are entitled to appeal to POPLA as your parking incident date occurred while the PPC was a member of the BPA.

They have up to 35 days to respond, so if you can get it off before Christmas - just copy and paste, no adds or subtracts - then relax over Christmas.

Thanks! I wanted to be sure as some time has passed.

So at this stage, don't add in about the completely unclear signage which only states a charge applies 3hrs and up in the night?

    Many thanks!!

Whatever you put in an initial appeal is unlikely to have any positive impact in your favour with the PPC. This is why I unequivocally said this:
just copy and paste, no adds or subtracts

    Sigh! :(

Keep all your powder dry for POPLA, where you have an infinitely better chance to get this cancelled.
