only popla or an ADR or court can answer that question
it is true that the 10 minutes is for leaving, but that is only the BPA CoP and not a court of law
parking time is the time parked or paid for parking, not time entering, parking , reading signage obtaining a ticket if required and putting it in the vehicle
you are "screwed" if an ADR or alternatively a court says you are , you seem to want to know before any appeal is made, its like asking if 2,22,33,44,55,57 are tonights winning lottery numbers ?
you will know after the result is made public , not before , especially not after the Beavis result last wednesday0 -
Just find it all a bit stressful sorry as have a lot of other things going on in life right now.
Still waiting on sending the appeal for 21 days but not sure if I need to change my email appeal to them at all
Only time I had one previously was in the ignore days and that took years and years to finally see the back of, so sorry for all the questions and panic0 -
its designed to be stressful, that is how they make their profits, by stressing people out over a parking charge invoice and maybe stringing it out for 6 years
the template letter in the NEWBIES sticky thread has been amended in the light of the Beavis case last wednesday, but should still be submitted in the same time frame
you seem to want guarantees, there are none, its a lottery , it is what it is
so you appeal to the PPC (who are unlikely to cancel) , then possibly appeal to an AOS for ADR afterwards (depending on which AOS is used - there are only 2)
you may win , you may not, it is what it is and no amount of fretting will change the outcome, but carefully worded appeals might
you wont get any guarantees on the outcome though , because either you will win like Salford City did last night (against the odds) - or you wont
after the Beavis result, it became much harder to win, that is a fact0 -
Little confused over one thing in the newbies sticky
States wait 20 days from windscreen ticket. But a few people have said 21 days plus.
Will be emailing appeal as per template just want to get the timing right.. Thanks0 -
Millennium are NOT showing as a BPA member which usually means they cannot get Keeper details.

Before you appeal you may want to contact the DVLA and ask if they have been banned from getting keeper details. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I think they left earlier this month, so I'm guessing their next stop will be the "Zoo" (IPC).IamEmanresu wrote: »Millennium are NOT showing as a BPA member which usually means they cannot get Keeper details.

Very good point. If they are not in an ATA they can't get data.
ductape, email the DVLA (below) and ask whether they are curently giving data of registered keepers to Millennium (spell it right and give the FULL name):
david.dunford@dvla.gsi.gov.uk
Do not just appeal if a company are not in an ATA.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks!0 -
They've literally only just 'left' but if they are not in any ATA at the moment, it will stop them getting DVLA data.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
