so it seems that this lot are breaking their agreement with the BPA , and are going to get your details from the DVLA illegally ,
don't send that appeal in yet , lets get it cancelled and them some sanction points instead0

fantastic. I have just been reading up on the BPA grace period (missed that previously sorry!)
I have knocked this together regarding this point ...Breach of BPA guidelines
The British Parking Association state that there is to be a compulsary 10 minute grace period before any action can be taken. The PCN states the vehicle was observed between * and *, the vehicle was not parked for more than 10 minutes and had your signage and parking attendant adhered to the correct rules, you would have witnessed the vehicle being moved within the correct timescales set out by BPA.
 Sound ok?0

            NO NO NO
you need to COMPLAIN to the BPA!!!!!
 not the muppets
1: the BPA will get it cancelled without any grief
2: the BPA will give them a %ollocking about their signage and breaking BPA guidelines
3: the BPA may well give them sanction points
I will await others , but it could get fun (well nasty for them) if they apply for your details from the DVLA.
confirm that at the moment its just a ticket on car and no follow up paperwork yet?0
