PCN: Millennium parking services

I have composed the following to send to BPA, seem ok to you?Serial Number: *****
Issuing company: Millennium Parking Services (MPS, Millennium security, PO BOX 644, Swansea, SA1 9JZ)
Date & Time of notice:
Observed between
Vehicle reg: *****
Location: ****
Dear Sirs
I am writing as keeper of the above vehicle to complain about an unacceptable parking charge notice attached to my vehicle on +/+/2015.
You, British Parking Association state that there is to be a compulsory 10 minute grace period before any action can be taken. The PCN states the vehicle was observed between * and *, the vehicle was not parked for more than 10 minutes and had the signage and parking attendant adhered to the correct rules, they would have witnessed the vehicle being moved within the correct timescales set out by yourselves. I am therefore reporting this 'company' to you in hope that this matter will be correctly addressed and the illegal ticket cancelled.
I have attached an image below of the signage, which as you can see does not adhere to the 10 minute timescale and instead states 5 minutes will be given. The fact that this location has only recently had the signage and pay and display point added makes it even more unacceptable that the latest rules and regulations set out by BPA have not been followed, even when the 'company' have the cheek to use your name on their PCN.
I trust you will resolve this matter and the correct action will be taken against Millennium Parking Services.
Obviously I will be including the serial number, my registration and full name and address for contact details, along with a screenshot of the signage
Other than that I am hoping this will be enough?
Thanks!!0 -

but its important to word it and spell it correctly when trying to show you know the rules better than they do, in these days of google and spelling checkers there is no excuse, even for people like me who have mild dyslexia and so have to try harder
so between forum members, fair enough, but not for official letters or official emails, I believe that when we are trying to make out their rules and spellings and signage etc are incorrect, its better to have them focus on the job in hand and not be diverted due to sympel splelin mystaces
so if somebody asks how something looks, I will tell them if I think it has errors, because they asked0 -
What would be the best action before sending an appeal then?
thanks guys, sorry if I have missed some of the obvious bits having a very busy few weeks so skim reading has happened...
Your too quick Freddy haha...
It is just the ticket on the car at the moment was issued on 24/10/15
thanks
so why the rush ?
the NEWBIES thread clearly states to appeal a windscreen ticket after day 21 , in fact it should really be around day 25 so it gets there by day 28 , in which case they may forget to issue an NTK between day 29 and day 56
in some cases its better to wait for the NTK anyway, which is what we used to advise
5 days is much too soon , but complaints to the BPA and the landowner may not be too soon
sometimes its, act in haste , repent at leisure , which is what freddy is telling you0 -
No real rush, am waiting as per the sticky but having been a week I thought contact to BPA would be ok? I will hold off on the email to MPS until the 21 days.. its the old scare monger still getting the better of me from these bully boys.0

A complaint to the BPA should result in the charge being cancelled , without even having to contact the scammers0

Can MPS tickets be appealed by email or online? If so make it more like day 26.
The only reason I say 'day 21' in the sticky thread is because so many newbies insist on writing pointless snail-mail letters of appeal and posting them, and because it's human nature to dither (as long as they remember to appeal soon after day 21 they are still OK before day 28).
You can email the complaint to the BPA as soon as you like with a copy of the PCN (they will ask for it if you don't show it). Make sure you reply as the KEEPER at all times so be careful not to say 'me, myself or I' as regards the parking event.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Mps can be appealed online by email yes
I sent off to bpa, is anyone aware of how long they take to respond? Was hoping for a quick one but nothing just yet..
Hope they deal with it, save me having to deal with the idiots myself0 -
They are a bit busy with various complaints under investigation and the small matter of a Supreme Court decision due this week too, but they normally reply within a few days.
