Well done on getting the refund, Aesop:T. Fingers crossed it will be winging its way to your correct account very, very soon:beer:
On your travels round various social media sites have you ever heard of anyone having success reclaiming from M&S? I had a few financial products from them over the years but got nowhere with my initial claims years ago when PPI reclaiming first started:o. Apparently they weren't covered by the FSA or something or other and no-one ever seemed to be successful in reclaiming:eek:. I pretty much gave it up as a bad job but am seriously considering rooting out all the paperwork etc and having another go.0 -

Thanks very much for the bittersweet link, Aesop. I'd never heard of that website before, trust you to know about all the interesting and useful stuff:A.
Will be giving he whole site a good read when I get the chance but on first impressions I'm not sure the information about M&S is relevant to me as my loans and other financial products were all paid off years ago. I definitely did have PPI on at least one of them though. Watch this space;)
*****Posted the above before you edited your post to add more links. thanks a million. I know what I'll be busy doing this afternoon now! *******0 -
Had a bit of luck yesterday, my partner wanted to go on the slots online, I normally say no but there was a £25 cashback when you deposit £20 offer on topcashback so we did it and we one £20 so we have £40 to withdraw and hopefully £25 cashback so £45 up. I won't count it until it's confirmed and in the withdrawn but that was nice xTotal Debt [STRIKE]£25,460 [/STRIKE](23/02/2016) £13,416.94.(paid 48%)

That's awesome with the 50% of FV fees. I haven't been offered any extra free listings but I have a new account so hopefully once I've had a while I will start getting some offers.
1 more ebay sale today for about £30 after fees but they haven't paid yet so I won't add it until they do. I sold a bundle of baby clothes last week for £20 and they never paid  so I have re-listed them hopefully they will go for as much but only on 99p so far with 4 days to go xTotal Debt [STRIKE]£25,460 [/STRIKE](23/02/2016) £13,416.94.(paid 48%)

I checked our account today and found we have the same offer. Not going to get anywhere near 100 listings done before Monday but I'm going to give a good shot :T

I'm sorry about your technology issues, it must be a real pain and frustration to you as you rely on your various devices so much. Here's hoping you get things running smoothly again very soon so lots of lovely money can be made:beer:
The laptop cooling stand I bought on eBay came yesterday and is already in service:T. A nice cheap solution, I'm up for that;). Thanks so much for the link Aesop and the recommendation Lynne:A. I have very little in the way of devices so miss out in many ways but I don't have the worry and frustration when they go wrong. I only do things that I can do on the laptop. I'm not wanting to do much when out and about anyway so I don't need much/any mobile technology. Couldn't afford it anyway:o
Have a good day ,all:beer:
I am the same in that I only do 'stuff' on my laptop and don't have the funds (or mental cog) to do other things.
Glad to hear you happy with the stand and that it seems to be a cheap 'fix' :money:Siouxsie32 wrote: »Laugh, always laugh! Even if it takes a while to feel like laughing about it!!
You will learn that I do have a very silly sense of humour and can usually see the funny side of things - even if it's a pain. I agree with you that it's always better to laugh at things, though not always when they are happening !
Rant warning **
However, this is now past silly and just incompetence and is starting to cause me organisational and financial consequences. Nearly three weeks without a decent freezer, a DH that works changing shifts, visitor arriving next week and not able to batch bake or bulk buy is getting to me.
Sorry - rant over
I have been on the survey stint all evening and only managed to make £2.90Still it is better than a slap around the face with a wet kipper - as my Gran used to say - and there wasn't much else to do with DH working and rubbish tv.
Well done everyone on all the money-making and hope you all have a super Saturday

I wombled 21p around school today - it all adds up. I got an offer for eBay for 1000 bonus Nectar points if I exchanged 2000 points to use on there. So I decided to go for that, and instantly spent my £10 voucher on a DVD ds wants for Christmas.
I still have 5000 points, and am planning a trip to the Sainsbury's double up event this weekend to see if I can make good use of them and get my remaining few Christmas pressies. Not giving up

yes I've got that one - Not registered yet - but I have a lady I'm talking to about an unlisted item which I hope to do as a BiN for around £50 and around 40 listings coming to an end tomorrow evening, so That could come in quite handy  Very slow at the moment though ! £8 walkied through teh door this morning as a "C on C" but that's about it - AND - the damn car has been transported to the Garage with a seized water pump (& I KNOW - it has a busted rear spring and an MOT within 3 weeks - & a "C" service nearly a year overdue !)0
