The mobile phone app has not worked for at least FIVE months.We cannot check our monthly allowance usage.
When if ever are you going to get it fixed?
At the very least a free phone number should have been set up for customers to check their usage.
I can't see how you hope to keep customers with such bad service.

You can check your useage via the TalkTalk website. Just login to your account.

Yes I know that but the purpose of the app is to check your usage more or less instantly not to a*se about for ten minutes logging into your account.
I don,t know if it,s still the case but you could only login to your account from your own landline.
A lot of use if your away from home.
So don,t make anymore excuses or alternatives for TT.
They should get it fixed,it,s gone on too long.
They are not providing the service we are paying for.0 -
Almost everyday I can find reports about these phone scammers filed online like at whycall.me and another similar sites. I think if even TalkTalk knows about this issue, they can't do anything about them. We should protect ourselves.0

he was from talk talk,
he told me my account number,
my last bill date and amount,
the last 4 didgets of my account number and how I pay.
why was this info available to a non TT member of staff

I noticed the TT rep last activity on here was 4-13pm yesterday.
She obviously didn`t like the question I asked at 11-48am and ignored it.
Maybe when my 12 month contract is up I`ll ignore TT altogether and go to a more reliable provider that has a secure website and better (it could only be better no matter who they are) customer service.
They have a crap overseas call centre where these people will tell you anything to keep you and then deny they said it.
I would advise anyone when you speak to TT to use their online chat and keep a copy of what is said.
That way they can`t try and wriggle out of their false promises.
Their own community website used to be great.
Any queries about any aspect of your account was answered quickly and efficiently by really helpful staff.
Since the hacks this to has fallen apart with the staff as disillusioned as their customers.
The only thing TT will understand is a vote with your feet.
Once again TalkTalk REP: when are you going to get the mobile phone usage app, that hasn`t worked for five months, fixed?0 -

Hello papa, The talktalk rep will not be able to answer none of your questions until you satisfy data protection regulations.
