Remember to use your Nationwide or PO Credit Card rather than one which puts a loading on for overseas spending! (sorry if teaching grandmothers to suck eggs here ...)

OMG - flights for cheapness, changing in Amsterdam though - booo, but for Aus$306 its almost worth it, shame I moved house this month and am absolutely cashed out. Any idea when this will last until - I get my desposit back in a week?!

Mark I found out where my friend lives UES 80's so I'll be pretty central...any cool bars round here you can recommend? I'm sure there are loads, but one or two is fine!
  • It says must be booked by 3rd September..
I am going on Friday for a week but am tempted to get my next trip booked now, can get 4th till 8th December from Glasgow for $335 which is about £165 return!! Has anyone booked this way before?..it seems way too good to be true.

Marky, thanks for that tip -just booked a week from 8th to 15th April for our first visit and I am so excited!!

Now - just need to find a hotel. The Cosmo looks great but might be a little expensive since we are staying a week (hope I wasn't too hasty there as we did intend just a weekend!). Anywhere else a little cheaper - any ideas? - would be fab. It's two adults and two kids by the way...........
