Oi Helen, what did you do with the original thread from yesterday?
Why have you started a new, blank one?

No, just copying and pasting earlier posts back into the same thread. Building rep. for later spamming?
  • Just to update - finally got my refund cheque from Sainsbury's this morning. End of saga!

Well I thought my refund was all sorted as I had a gift card sent me, letter dated 15th December, went to use the gift card today, not been activated! I phoned and eventually got through to someone on the 5th attempt and I need another gift card sent me, let's hope this time it will be ok

Similar thing happened to me. Gift card arrived with £0 loaded on it!! Rang Sainsburys and now I have to wait for a second gift card to be sent out. I opted the gift card over a cheque as I was told it would be processed quicker. I had to chase up for the first gift card and now have to wait for the replacement!

My number was meant to port from Sainsbury's to Three today, but it hasn't happened

Still waiting for my second card so I phoned, they tell me that my money was put on the card they told me to throw away, they are going to phone me back to let me know for sure or if another card is being sent

I did today and they said it was already connected - must have happened some time this morning because it definitely didn't work last evening.

At least it's all sorted before Sainsbury's close theirs.

Not had a phone call but went into Sainsbury to ask for balance, they have activated the first card they sent me although I was told to throw that one out, but the money has now been sorted after two months
