MSE News: Sainsbury's to axe its mobile service: What it means for you

Hi,
Has anyone moved their Sainsbury's number to Three recently?
Mine should have gone through by the end of Tuesday. I can call out on Three and my transferred number shows at the receiving end but if I try to call my number it goes straight to voicemail and the Three number that came with the SIM is no longer recognised. I've restarted the phone a number of times.
Does it just need a bit more time for the change to filter through the network?
Thanks0 -

Apparently, Vodafone (including it's virtuals such as Talkmobile & Sainsbury's) are having technical issues relating to porting at the moment.

I asked for my credit refund as a cheque. I was told this would take 28 days from the day I ported my number - 30 November 2015.
No cheque, so sent in a query via the Contact Us form on 4 January 2016.
Received an email stating they would be in contact within 72 hours - nothing by today so tried to call the Mobile by Sainsbury's number.
You are given two choices - Option one to speak with someone about which network you could move to or Option two to use their 'automated service' for any other issues. Their system was not even recognising I was selecting Option two...
Called the main Sainsbury's Careline who eventually managed to transfer me through to someone at Mobile by Sainsbury's.
I am now being told that the cheque was raised on 6 January 2016 but I should allow 28 days !!! to actually receive the cheque.
I appreciate that the man at the other end may be being made redundant because of the service closing - but the whole thing is being handled poorly.
