I realise transparency is important, but would it be possible for queries about deleted posts to be posted elsewhere or dealt with via messaging? Just makes it easier to read...

How would that allow MSE to explain to all the people who would like an explanation (that makes sense) for the censoring and deletion of on topic posts which so far hasn't really been explained all that well?

Martin sold MSE, get used to the changes, more will be coming over time, but I do agree mods removing such is against the ethic Martin set, and until moneysupermarket remove all trace of Martin from the site they should stay true to the ethos and standards Martin set up, there are posts of MSE exclusive offers on EE and Sky Broadband where problems are occuring and MSE is not helping.

I hope Martin stands ups and takes note, if not the least to proctect himself but to protect the users of MSE that made him a millionaire, without them he financially would not be where he is, no doubt he knows that.

The moneysupermarket slippery pole has begun, I myself thought Martin was going to ensure no changes would take place while his name was on the tin, because himself said so.

  • managed to get thru to sainsburys today

apparently the conversion rate to nectar points is 2 nectar pts for each penny of credit

if what I was told is correct that will work out well on a double up promotion

Hope this is the case - through various offers I paid £5 for £20 credit. So my £18 credit should leave me comfortably in profit :D

    similiar here

2 free £10 topups from till spit coupons

also paid £10 for a top up & got 1000 nectar pts which I used for in a double up promo so effectively free

My remaining £26+ balance should convert to 5000+ pts which I will only use in a double up promo

I was a bit worried they would kick up a fuss due to the free £20 credit but they didnt say anything
  • Does anyone know the legal position regarding refunds? Are we able to insist that they refund in cash rather than Nectar points?
  • when you phone them they try to offer you nectar points first but you can ask them to refund you via cheque in the post - they wont refuse if you insist

personally I think the nectar points swap is a better deal because you can use the points in a double up promo to get double the value - the nectar pts promos have got a lot better recently
