Morning all.
Hugs, sticks, spoons, gws vibes etc to all as the coffee hasn't kicked in yet so nothing is sticking again
Today I'm staying home except for making a delivery tonight. I'm tired, my leg is hurting (I'm assuming its from wearing new trainers. Happens every time I wear new shoes!) and the house needs cleaning. DD is going to help me take stuff to the charity shop over the weekend so it can be done in 2 trips instead of 3/4I just need to make sure they do take rags and if they do, make a thorough sweep of the house as I still have room in one of the bags for more rags
Then hopefully the new-to-me chest of drawers its all been stacked on can be dismantled since they're wrecked and I've chucked 3 of the 5 drawers already. I may actually have another wall in my room by the end of the month :rotfl:
First thing this morning I'm going to fix the bathroom blind, then I'm going to attack the shredding pile. It's started over flowing out of the basket so needs to be done. Plus there's plenty of room in the wheelie bin as our council doesn't recycle shredded paper. Also all my microfibre cloths are currently in the wm so not much cleaning I can do atm. I'm hoping to get the bitty laundry done today before DD comes home, then I can get her uniform in and done so I can hang it and avoid ironing anything other than the shirts
Tea is the pasta bake I was going to do yesterday. The stuff was no-where near thawed enough to use when I would have needed to put it on so we had yellow sticker kievs instead that I picked up while in Mr A. So I have no need to think about that until about 2pm.
So if its gone its done or doesn't apply.

WM load 3 in, its the quilt the dog has been sleeping on. It stank so its on a long wash. Blind fixed and re-hung. Now I'm working my way through the shredding pile. Been sat here sorting out the bits that can be recycled and what bits have to be shredded for nearly 2 hours now and I'm only half way through. I flipped the pile and discovered there's paperwork in there from June. I could have sworn I've done some since then!
Oh well, I'm going to make lunch in a minute then watch a film while I carry on with this job. :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
