I called them up when the 28 days had passed and the £125 was then paid into my account a couple of hours later.

Just called them up now as I've also passed the 28 days since meeting the requirements. Told me everything is correct so will escalate and contact me on Monday.

I got my 125 this week, I think it was dead on the 28 days from the Switch date, didn't need to chase.
