    Have you called Royal Mail and asked them what their internal systems show for that parcel number (i know you have called them but your OP shows it wasn't to ask that question).

    I have reported them. If anyone has proof I have committed some sort of fraud, show me proof. Because I haven't.

    OP you do seem to overreact, you've even posted "proof" that the item has not been delivered! Is there someone that can help you deal with this in a more calm manner?
