If thier intranet system shows as "delivered" then surely the buyer has committed fraud?

I am considering using UPS or DPD at this moment for sending the items I sell as I have a personal account, as for wondering who will struggle to get replies is not my fault. Blame "Hermione Granger" for accusing me of fraud when I was not doing anything wrong having a personal account.

I can't open Grangers link so I can't see what point she is making.

Have you called Royal Mail and asked them what their internal systems show for that parcel number (i know you have called them but your OP shows it wasn't to ask that question).
  • I will have to ask them tomorrow as they are closed at the moment.

That's because I am not a business seller. I sell items I am not using, I don't run a shop...

HOW DARE YOU ACCUSE ME OF THAT, IGNORANT OR WHAT!

As a side note, I have reported your post as being slanderous and libel.

    Both? wow,big trouble there.

Oh my god, assumptions plastered all over the replies here.

I never said I should hold RM "responsible" for my mother. I pointed it out as just another stressful thing I have to deal with and all of this does not help in any way.

I do not agree with some people on this board going wild about "familiarities" when that was fully explained repeatedly in my other threads, so please stop making me out to be stupid and keep that to yourself.

I am not however content with having to wait a full 30 days so RM can procrastinate and deliberately delay any claim I make. It amazes me how they can get away with it, you do not need a PhD in physics to know that the package was as RM have said "lost" or in my view stolen.

As for my claim of RM calling me a liar, I was accused on the first 4 calls I made about this of never posting the item, the tracking number proves I did (KP076943336GB). Does that settle this absurd statement?

Once again. This is the terms of the service you chose.......

How? Suggesting someone is ignorant is not slanderous, accusing someone outright of fraud without proof IS. Don't try that one on me as that will not work.

If you want help, you might try to be less aggressive. Just a thought.

So,what are you going to do about these libellous and slanderous comments?
  • I have reported them. If anyone has proof I have committed some sort of fraud, show me proof. Because I haven't.

    (Taken from earlier link.)

OP you do seem to overreact, you've even posted "proof" that the item has not been delivered! Is there someone that can help you deal with this in a more calm manner?
  • That may be the point, posting my eBay user ID is in breach of the Data Protection Act 1998. That I am certain of.
