    I requested the switch to this tariff a week ago, however as of today I haven't received Eon's confirmation email yet. Is that normal? I wonder whether it didn't go through somehow.

    I'm already an eon customer, I'm just switching tariff, if that makes any difference.

    As you're already our customer you wouldn't get a welcome pack, do you have an online account? if so you can log in as normal then just check the tariff has changed over :)

    Any probs let me know.

    I did check that, unfortunately it looks like I'm still on "E.ON Energy Fixed 1 Year v16", according to my Eon account, so perhaps it actually didn't go through? Could we double check this just in case?.

    I am now thinking of transferring to the October 2015 tariff provided the sums add up for me. However I switched with MSE to the September 2015 one and still awaiting my £15. If I were to initiate another switch would I forfeit that cash back. I understand the £15.00 is paid after 3 months.
